Czar Frenchies has been a trusted name in French Bulldog breeding since 1996. Now under new ownership, our program continues that proud legacy with the same attention to health, structure, and temperament that made Czar one of the most respected names in the breed.
We’re located in Millersburg, Ohio, in the heart of Holmes County, about two hours from both Cleveland and Columbus. Our dogs are raised in a clean, loving home environment — never a kennel — with daily care and socialization that prepare each puppy to become a confident and affectionate family companion.

Our Standards of Care
Our approach combines proven breeding practices with genuine human care — ensuring every puppy that leaves our program represents the very best of the breed.
Puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, and raised in a sterile, climate-controlled nursery. Every puppy goes home with a one- or two-year health guarantee and 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance.
Health First
All of our French Bulldogs are AKC registered, and Czar Frenchies is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Every pairing is planned for structure, temperament, and genetics.
Ethical Breeding
Our puppies are raised in a loving, hands-on environment where they’re bottle-fed when needed, socialized early, and surrounded by daily family life. This care ensures each puppy grows confident, adaptable, and ready to join their forever home.
