Genetic Health Guarantee

At Czar Frenchies, the long-term health of our puppies is a top priority. Every puppy leaves our home in excellent health and with a genetic health guarantee designed to give you confidence in your decision.

Initial Veterinary Examination

Buyers are required to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 business days of pickup. This visit confirms that your puppy is in good health and establishes care with your veterinarian for ongoing vaccinations and wellness.

Failure to complete this exam within the required timeframe will void the health guarantee.

What Our Genetic Health Guarantee Covers

This guarantee applies specifically to life-threatening genetic health conditions diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.

If a genetic condition is diagnosed:

• Written documentation from the diagnosing veterinarian is required.

• Czar Frenchies reserves the right to request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice.

• Both evaluations must confirm the genetic condition.

Please note: This guarantee is not pet insurance. We strongly recommend that buyers obtain pet insurance for additional coverage beyond genetic conditions.

Conditions Not Covered

All puppies are placed on a routine deworming and vaccination program prior to going home. However, we do not guarantee against common puppy illnesses or infections, including but not limited to:

• Coccidia

• Parvo

• Giardia

• Tapeworms

• Hookworms

• Roundworms

• Ringworm

Additionally, certain breed-related characteristics in French Bulldogs — such as elongated soft palate, small trachea, and stenotic nares — are considered breed traits and are not covered under this genetic health guarantee.

If a Genetic Issue Arises

If your puppy develops a life-threatening genetic condition, you must contact us immediately. Claims made more than 3 days from the date of veterinary diagnosis will void the guarantee.
 

Under qualifying circumstances, Czar Frenchies will offer one of the following options:

Option 1:
Refund of the purchase price once the puppy is returned
(Shipping and taxes not included)

Option 2:
Replacement with a puppy of equal value.
Buyers have up to 90 days to select a replacement puppy.

Please note: Czar Frenchies is not responsible for veterinary bills.

Registration Papers

If registration papers are not available on the day of sale, the buyer has up to 120 days to receive them. If registration cannot be provided within that timeframe, the buyer may choose either:

• A partial refund while keeping the puppy, or

• A full refund upon return of the puppy.
